Responsibilities

  • Analyze stakeholders’ business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog and Workflow.
  • Develop artifacts such as workflows using Visio and other tools to document current and future state requirements.
  • Work closely with the Development team by creating development stories using agile best practices.
  • Schedule and lead stakeholder requirements sessions to gather all requirements.
  • Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to ensure projects meet goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the business lead for multiple projects across various project management phases.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with developers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct ServiceNow demos for stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Complete and submit weekly reports for all projects; attend daily and weekly calls and report risks or issues to the Project Manager immediately or during daily stand-up meetings.
  • Document all updates, risks, issues, and artifacts using the ServiceNow PRJ project record and ensure all project milestones for each phase are completed.

Qualifications

  • Three years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ServiceNow process automation.
  • Experience creating development stories.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, including participation in scrum ceremonies and understanding their purpose.
  • Experience using the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management module for Project Management, Agile, and Test 2.0.
  • ServiceNow Training, ServiceNow Administrator, or Business Process Consultant Certification.

Physical and Mental Qualifications

  • Maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and work on a computer using a mouse and keyboard.
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Execute tasks independently and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Learn and retain routine tasks; strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodation provided for employees with disabilities.
