ServiceNow Business Analyst (SPM)

Responsibilities

• Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
• Provide process flow and other required system documentation
• Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution
• Aid in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met
• May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution
• Develop and implement test plans for users through SDLC

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
• Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions

Bonus Points

• Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals

Qualifications

Security Clearance: An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required and must be able to obtain a polygraph.

Pay

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $116,000 - $137,300 USD.
