ServiceNow Architect Legal & Control Operations

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to drive transformation within Legal & Control Operations. In this customer-facing role, you will design and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline legal and contract management processes, ensuring measurable business value and executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and deploy ServiceNow Legal & Contract Operations products, including Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and hands-on implementation for enterprise customers.
• Manage and advise executive stakeholders on best practices for legal and contract workflows, procurement, and supply chain disciplines.
• Act as a trusted advisor, coaching customers on ServiceNow capabilities and driving adoption through value realization frameworks.
• Develop and deliver thought-leadership content (e.g., webinars) to showcase solution impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role as a Solution Architect, Technical/Process Consultant, or Customer Success Manager.
• 5+ years of experience managing executive business stakeholders in a customer organization.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity (e.g., developer, solution architect, technical consultant).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform topics such as Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s integration tools and capabilities.
• 2+ years of experience working with Legal or Contract Management processes or technology (strongly preferred).
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Legal & Contract Operations products (strongly preferred).
