ServiceNow Application Developer - Dallas, TX - Onsite

About the role

Location: Dallas, TX / Salt Lake City, UT. Work Mode: Onsite - 5 Days. Note: In-person interview - locals only.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications within a banking environment.
• Use ServiceNow SDK to initialize, develop, package, and deploy scoped applications locally using VS Code.
• Work with ServiceNow Fluent, JavaScript, CLI tools, and Now Assist for Creator.
• Develop workflows, integrations, REST APIs, and custom applications.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and technical documentation.
• Work with ITSM, CMDB, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application development and scoped application deployment.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Fluent, JavaScript, and VS Code.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, ITSM, CMDB, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
