Responsibilities
- Provide customers with excellent service throughout their entire service experience.
- Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance needs.
- Submit repair orders with accurate and detailed descriptions of required repairs and/or maintenance.
- Assist customers in recommending additional products and services to enhance their RV experience.
- Clearly explain technical issues to customers and how they can be repaired.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is required; RV or Automotive Service Writing experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
