Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their vehicle repair needs
• Schedule appointments
• Explain the types of services the shop offers
• Update customers and clearly communicate repair recommendations
• Keep customers apprised of the progress of their vehicle repairs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive industry experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands
• Authorized to work in the United States
