Service Writer / Dispatcher (CSA)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the connection between our customers and service technicians, helping keep repairs on track, communication clear, and operations running smoothly. Your ability to stay one step ahead, support your teammates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience will make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians, monitor repair progress, and keep customers informed of updates, timelines, and next steps.
• Manage service orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and maintenance agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Partner with service leadership and technicians to improve productivity, resolve challenges, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Work closely with Sales, Parts, Rental, and other teams to keep operations moving, support customer needs, and deliver a seamless service experience.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical school or college education is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role, preferably 5+ years.
• Experience with service orders, invoicing, and purchase orders is a plus.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, along with a detail-oriented mindset, a sense of urgency, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
