About the Role
Pape’ Kenworth, the premier medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Service Advisor / Writer to join their team in Sacramento. In this role, you will ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently while providing an excellent customer experience. You will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, check-in equipment for repair, and support customers.

Responsibilities
- Open, maintain, proof, and close service department work orders efficiently.
- Oversee service and warranty work orders.
- Assist in managing shop workflow.
- Check-in equipment for repair.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to learn new computer programs.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Pay
$28–36/hour (depending on experience).
