Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations within the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee equipment inventory, including ordering, maintenance, and repairs.
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are equipped to handle their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment management or similar field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college education or vocational training in equipment management or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in equipment rental and maintenance.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
