Qualifications

Education and Experience: None

• Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Performs general custodial and maintenance tasks in cleaning, painting, repairing, and replenishing supplies in restrooms, locker rooms, and other public facility structures.
• Cleans debris and refuse from city property regularly and in response to emergency cleanup orders.
• Empties trash receptacles, cleans windows, bathrooms, or performs other cleaning tasks as directed.
• Operates equipment and vehicles such as mechanical tools and trucks, and performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment (e.g., cleaning, changing oil, lubricating, adjusting).
• May be required to operate a motor vehicle in performance of assigned tasks.
• Performs other related duties as required.
