Service Worker

About the role

The Service Employee is responsible for performing basic vehicle servicing duties. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
• Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles
• Fuel buses, replenish fluids, and log and record all fluids
• Download drive cameras & probes, fare boxes
• Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 19 years of age or older to be eligible for this position
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
• Must have a Class B CDL with passenger endorsements
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed

Physical Requirements

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)
• Frequent walking for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday
• Lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
• Bend, kneel, or crouch to file or equipment stored at ground level
• Tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
