What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering top-notch, high-quality repairs and customizations on customer and dealership bikes.
- Diagnosing issues and recommending service solutions that exceed expectations.
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and dialed in — just like our bikes.
- Minimizing come-backs and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Taking pride in efficient, precise work.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with Service Advisors, Managers, and customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduation from a factory-certified training program (MMI preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Solid knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles (or the drive to learn fast).
- Your own tool set (or a plan to build one within 60 days).
- A valid motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
- A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to push, pull, and balance heavyweight bikes (up to 600+ lbs).
- Routine use of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Exposure to loud noises, fumes, chemicals, and the sights and sounds of the shop.
- The Dealership uniform and a professional appearance are part of the job.
