What You’ll Do
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$22/hour, plus: Monthly renewal bonus, Work order completion bonuses ($140/week), $1,000 Sign on bonus (in your first paycheck)
