Service Technician - Willowbrook Apartments

About the Role

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Berger Communities, you’ll keep Willowbrook and Aston Glen Apartments running smoothly and ensure residents are proud to call them home. This hands-on role involves maintaining apartments and community spaces, handling repairs, preparing units for new residents, and ensuring everything functions at its best. Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Prepare empty homes for move-in readiness
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Assist with snow removal and share on-call shifts
• Provide friendly, professional service to create a great resident experience

Requirements

• Two years of maintenance experience and/or training
• High School diploma or GED required
• Trade School or industry training is a plus

Pay

$22–$23/hour, biweekly pay, plus bonuses:

• Monthly renewal bonus
• Work order completion bonuses
• $140/week on-call bonus

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
