About the role

Precision Door Service provides residential garage door service. Our professional and certified technicians repair over 1000 garage doors every day, nationwide.

Responsibilities

- Book leads by our call center for customers needing garage door replacement, servicing, installation, or repair. - Dispatched to solve customer problems and meet their needs and desires using our exclusive products, training, and warranties. - Repair customers' garage doors and openers on-site to build long-term relationships.

Requirements

- Exceptional work ethic - Strong attendance record - Superior customer service skills - Commitment to high-quality standards - Clean driving record - Ability to lift 50 lbs. - Basic mechanical skills

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED - Some college preferred - Sales experience and customer service experience preferred
