Typical Day as FSR

You’ll be:

• Supporting Service Center uptime by performing scheduled and corrective maintenance on water treatment equipment
• Preparing, testing, and mobilizing equipment during peak demand periods
• Conducting hands-on training for technician and operator-level personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety
• Maintaining accurate inventory of spare parts and consumables, and managing replenishment orders
• Documenting Service Center activities, equipment condition reports, and training records in accordance with SOPs
• Operating, monitoring, and optimizing water treatment systems at customer facilities, including media filtration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, EDI, clarification, and chemical injection systems
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment (motors, PLCs, VFDs, valves, air compressors, process pumps, etc.)
• Conducting detailed analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, etc.)
• Communicating system status to customer management, providing technical summaries of work performed
• Responding to emergency service requests and participating in the on-call rotation
