Service Technician - Residential Remodels

Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Repair showers and tubs
- Fix plumbing leaks
- Wrap windows
- Paint and stain
- Install shower doors
- Replace window sashes
- Replace interior trim work
- Tape and mudding of sheet rock
- Drywall patching
- Siding and shingle installation
- General caulking and cleaning
- Collect any balance due
- Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver history
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
- Ability to grasp complex concepts easily
- Quality of work standards
- Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills
