Maintenance - Service Technician

About the role

We are now hiring Service Technicians at Morgan Properties. This is a full-time position where you will ensure that the physical aspects of our 288-unit property meet both company standards and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Schedule

Monday – Friday: Daytime shift. Shifts may vary based on business needs.

Pay

• Base Pay: $21 – $24/hour
