Mercs of New Orleans – Poydras St., Downtown
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and Sprinter vans
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow Mercedes-Benz repair procedures
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate with service advisors as needed
- Ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required (European or luxury brand experience preferred)
- Experience servicing Mercedes-Benz or Sprinter vans is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
