Service Technician - Overture Centennial

About the role

Greystar is a leading real estate platform managing and operating over $300 billion of real estate in more than 265 markets globally. This position is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the make-ready process.
• Follows procedures for accessing and returning materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Documents and tracks service requests in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing tasks such as trash pickup, pressure washing, cleaning, and painting.
• Safeguards the property by supporting cost-cutting and expense control programs, ensuring safety and risk management compliance, and inspecting work performed by contractors and vendors.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians).
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions (for all Service Technicians).

Qualifications

This position's hourly range is $23.00 - $25.00 in addition to other incentives. Additional compensation includes participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
