About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
• Complete repair orders clearly and efficiently, documenting all work performed.
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency goals set by the service department.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding recommended repairs and timelines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer training and certifications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–5 years of automotive technician experience, preferably in a franchised dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills across vehicle systems (electrical, engine, drivetrain, suspension, brakes).
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred; willingness to pursue additional training required.
• Ability to meet flat-rate productivity and quality standards.
• Proficiency using diagnostic equipment, repair software, and dealership service systems.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, MVR review, and drug screening.

Pay

$35.00 to $50.00 per flat-rate hour.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Saturday availability; Sundays off.
