Responsibilities

• Prepare new machines for customer shipment.
• Uncrate, assemble, power up, and perform complete inspections and operational testing.
• Complete written inspection and service reports.
• Install machinery and assist with machine startups.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs on customer equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers over the phone and during on-site service visits.
• Conduct machine demonstrations and operator training for customers.
• Document service work, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial machine installation, maintenance, or repair experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, saws, grinders, press brakes, shears, or other fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any of the following is a plus: CNC machinery, PLC diagnostics and interface monitoring, servo drives, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, machine alignments and installations, industrial automation.

• Travel: Valid Driver's License required, Ability to travel approximately 25-50%
• Compensation: $20.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
