Responsibilities
- Prepare new machines for customer shipment.
- Uncrate, assemble, power up, and perform complete inspections and operational testing.
- Complete written inspection and service reports.
- Install machinery and assist with machine startups.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs on customer equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone and during on-site service visits.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and operator training for customers.
- Document service work, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of industrial machine installation, maintenance, or repair experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, saws, grinders, press brakes, shears, or other fabrication equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- CNC machinery
- PLC diagnostics and interface monitoring
- Servo drives
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Machine alignments and installations
- Industrial automation
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time

- Work Location: In person
- Experience: Industrial Maintenance or Service Technician: 1+ year preferred, Industrial Electrical: 1+ year preferred, Capital Equipment / Machine Tool experience preferred
- Travel: Valid Driver's License required, Ability to travel approximately 25–50%
- Compensation: $20.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Hiring both entry-level and experienced Service Technicians.
- Compensation will be based on experience, technical knowledge, and the responsibilities of the position.
