Service Technician (Kitchen Equipment)

Nantes, France France Full-Time Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eighth consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team. The person in this role will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer locations North West of France. Main responsibilities Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling across France;Oversee all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment;Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions;Train customers on the correct use and operation of Unox equipment; Prepare detailed and complete service reports after each visit.
