Job Responsibilities Complete service requests in a timely and proficient mannerProvide excellent customer service to our Residents.Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned. Requirements Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skillsMust be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)HVAC installation experienceHVAC troubleshooting experience.Passing a criminal background check requiredAbility to lift 100 lbs.Spanish language skills are a plus.Initiative and customer service skillsMust have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Must be 18 years of age or older.
