Job Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
- Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
- Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
- HVAC installation experience.
- HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Passing a criminal background check required.
- Able to lift 100 lbs.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Initiative and customer service skill.
