Service Technician III

About the role

Amaray Las Olas by Windsor is a high-rise community with 254 apartment homes, and Windsor 335 is a garden-style community with 248 apartment homes. Successful candidates can come from backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work order management.

Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available for a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response at both Amaray and Windsor 335.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures for apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas.
• Maintain familiarity with building safety systems, including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
• Use smart devices and property management software to maintain accurate records and complete work orders.
• Support the company’s values and culture by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
• Work with hand tools and basic power tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Site-specific certifications such as EPA Type II (preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date).
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification (preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend work and on-call rotations.

Pay

Hourly: Starting at $28.36 - $35.45 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities at both Amaray and Windsor 335.
