About the Role

Join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician at Atlantic Pointe Apartments, a garden-style community in scenic Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and general upkeep to maintain property appearance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, including a rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns quickly and professionally.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs (certifications a plus).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Friendly and professional approach to working with residents and team members.
