About the role

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Ensure the property looks its best through painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
• Tackle emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top condition.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan for larger projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Skills: Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Attitude: Problem-solving mindset, great attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
• A friendly and professional approach to working with residents and team members.
