Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
• Complete make‑readies for incoming residents.
• Carry out painting, carpentry, and general upkeep to keep properties looking their best.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, including a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top condition.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs; certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using work‑order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Problem‑solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
• Friendly, professional approach to interacting with residents and team members.

Schedule

Rotating on‑call schedule for emergencies in addition to regular maintenance duties.
