Service Technician II

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, community‑focused service to residents and prospective customers.
• Perform electrical and plumbing maintenance, including work on walls, switches, outlets, bulbs, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, leak repairs, drain unclogging, trenching, laying new lines, and replacing drain hoses on washers.
• Execute painting, carpentry, HVAC, and masonry tasks such as surface preparation, applying paints, stains, varnishes, hanging doors, and fitting locks and handles.
• Complete all maintenance service requests, handle make‑ready processing of vacant apartments, and perform grounds work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in property maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with general maintenance equipment, including hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, freon recovery units, landscaping equipment, pool chemicals, ice‑removal equipment, and required safety gear.
