Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
- Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 2 weeks for emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:
- - A/C and heating systems
- - Electrical and plumbing
- - Appliances
- - Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- - Tile, carpet, flooring
- - Ceiling leaks

Pay
Rate: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Schedule
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 2 weeks for emergencies.
Required License or Certification
Valid GA Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
