Requirements
- At least 2 full consecutive years of on-site luxury mid-rise property maintenance experience.
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
- Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 3 weeks for emergencies.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:
- A/C and heating systems
- Electrical and plumbing
- Appliances
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Tile, carpet, flooring
- Ceiling leaks

Pay
$27.00 - $28.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Schedule
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 3 weeks for emergencies.
Required License or Certification
Valid GA Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
