Job Responsibilities
Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways
Sustain cleanliness of community amenities
Freshen apartments as needed
Report repair issues as necessary
Aid maintenance staff
Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
Requirements
- 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Criminal background check must pass
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Qualifications
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to drive and provide proof of insurance
