Berger Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Goshen Manor Apartments in West Chester, PA. Responsibilities

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Pay

$20–$21/hour, paid biweekly, plus bonuses:

• Monthly renewal bonus
• Work order completion bonuses
• $140/week on-call bonus
