Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations in a company-provided mobile service van
- Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs including engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical work
- Diagnose and repair gas and diesel vehicles, including trucks and light-duty commercial units
- Complete scheduled maintenance, manufacturer recalls, and customer concerns on site
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep work moving efficiently
- Document repairs accurately and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Stay current with Ford training, tools, and technical service bulletins
- Maintain the mobile service vehicle and ensure it reflects professional standards
Qualifications
- A true jack-of-all-trades technician with strong diagnostic, electrical, engine, drivability, HVAC, and brake experience
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in a dealership or independent shop
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Able to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions when required
Pay
Income up to $40 per hour
