SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Responsibilities
- Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle
- Call on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; listen to and resolve service complaints
- Visually inspect and listen to machines to determine causes of malfunctions; dismantle machines to gain access to problem area
- Inspect parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems; remove and replace worn or defective parts; repair broken parts; realign and adjust components; test machine operation following repair
- Review inventory and order parts; ship and receive machines; maintain equipment inventory
- Prepare machines for installation at accounts; assist in installations and removals
- Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools, such as drills, grinders and welding torches, for machine repair
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous vending, customer service, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience preferred
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation
Pay
$20.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, with some weekends required. Further details upon interview.
