SERVICE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

About the role

Cleans, sanitizes, repairs and installs ice makers as well as changes water filters on company‑owned equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs, ice maker cleanings, or water filter changes using a company‑owned vehicle.
• Visually inspect and listen to machines to determine causes of malfunctions; dismantle machines to access problem areas.
• Inspect parts for wear, misalignment, or other issues; remove and replace worn or defective parts; repair broken parts; realign and adjust components; test machine operation after repair.
• Prepare machines for installation at accounts; assist in installations and removals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Effectively communicate with customers.
• Use an electronic tablet to navigate between jobs and bill for work completed.

Requirements

• Previous mechanical experience preferred.
• No nights, holidays, or weekends.
• Willing to train.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Mechanically inclined.

Pay

$20.00 – $35.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
