Service Technician - Colonnade at Kentlands

Essential Functions

• Responds to maintenance work orders of the community.
• Schedules contractors and oversees their work in conjunction with the on-site manager.
• Identifies and resolves all maintenance issues.
• Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety at the community.
• Assists in outdoor grounds work, including grounds policing and snow removal.
• Participates in an on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Positive professional demeanor that aligns with WPM Brand Compass Values.
• Operate PC and learn new software.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, associates, and clients.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Pay

$25 an hour**

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 9am to 5pm, with on-call responsibilities.
