Service Technician-Class B

About the role

We're seeking an Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, takes pride in delivering top-quality service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
• Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards

Requirements

• Automotive technician (any level welcome — apprentice, journeyman, or master)
• Must have professional experience or trade school training to be considered
• ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
• Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a strong plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Skills

Pay

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
