Service Technician

Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eighth consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

About the role

This position will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites across the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling within the Netherlands.
• Oversee all aspects of on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
• Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
• Create detailed and comprehensive service reports after each service visit.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in the electromechanical industry.
• Ability to work under pressure, reacting positively to challenges.
• Willingness to travel within Netherlands (up to 80% of the time).
