Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals to provide safe and reliable service to customers’ fuel systems and appliances, with comprehensive training and tools provided to jumpstart your career.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fuel systems and appliances.
• Maintain the service vehicle, including reviewing maintenance records, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions for safe operation and proper upkeep.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Bill customers for services rendered and account for funds and inventory using a user-friendly tablet, maintaining trip reports, and documenting system testing and related information.
• Deliver fuel as needed in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements, as well as a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate for interstate commerce. (Training provided if you don’t yet have a CDL.)
• Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 lbs.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
