About the Role
A full-time General Service Technician responsible for servicing vehicles to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, fluid checks, tire pressure adjustments, oil changes, and lubrication tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Promote teamwork and deliver accurate guest care.
- Perform manual tasks including bending and lifting.
- Report safety issues.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months customer-facing experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in varying environments.
- Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
