About the role
Our Culligan dealership is seeking Service Technicians to service existing residential customers. The service department supports post-sale customer needs and serves as a valuable sales tool.
Responsibilities
- Service, install, and repair water softeners, reverse osmosis machines, filtration equipment, and other water treatment systems.
- Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communicate with other dealership departments regarding customer information.
- Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner.
- Maintain professional attitudes with all customers.
- Promote and sell other Culligan products and services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in water treatment or related fields (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle physical demands (lifting up to 185 lbs).
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- One year of working experience in a customer service or customer-focused position.
- Valid New York driver's license.
- Safe driving record (background check).
- Pass DOT physical exam.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Professional attitude towards customers.

Benefits
- Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts from 6AM-6PM, occasional overtime.

$22 - $24 USD per hour.
