Location: Academy Heights Apartments, Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade is required.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
