Service Technician

About the role

Full-time General Service Technician responsible for servicing guest vehicles to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire pressure checks, fluid refills, and lubrication tasks.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Maintain a clean work environment and document all work performed.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and report safety issues promptly.
• Ensure vehicle care adherence and promote teamwork.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Follow safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in various environments.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
