What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repair services
- Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnostics
- Complete brake, suspension, and fluid services
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
- Accurately document repairs and services performed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow repair procedures and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians
- Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day
- Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results
What You'll Bring
- 1 - 5 years experience as an automotive technician
- Passion for delivering quality work
- ASE Certifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Team player with communication and customer service skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Pay
$30.00 - $38.00 per flat rate hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, including bonuses based on production and productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, Saturday 7:30am - 5pm, closed on Sundays. Requires flexible availability.
