Service Technician

About the role

Independently install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, gates, industrial doors, and loading dock equipment with a focus on safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatch assignments and maintain an organized service truck.
• Install and repair a variety of commercial doors and pedestrian doors across the service area.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service.
• Track and submit job paperwork promptly.
• Operate safely and ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with commercial doors.
• 1+ year of experience hanging pedestrian/man doors.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and a valid driver’s license.
• Welding and/or electrical experience preferred but not required.
