Central Ag Supply Inc. of Juneau & Baraboo is hiring additional Dairy Equipment, Refrigeration & Robotics Technicians. If you enjoy mechanical systems, robotics, refrigeration, electrical work—or just figuring out how things work—you'll thrive here. Experience levels range from entry-level to proficient in the ag industry or service trades.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
• Join a rotating 24/7 on-call team for emergency repairs
• Analyze system performance to keep high-tech dairy operations running smoothly
• Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
• Train directly with manufacturers and industry professionals
• Deliver outstanding customer service that farmers can count on

Requirements

• Curiosity and strong mechanical/technical ability
• Willingness to learn dairy systems and cow physiology
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• Professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
• 1 year of mechanical experience (required)
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Juneau, WI or Baraboo, WI before starting work (required)
• English language proficiency (required)
