About the role

We are seeking a motivated Service Technician to provide exceptional resident service and maintain community operations at a residential apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
• Performing grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal, and unit touch-ups to ensure safety and appearance
• Using software and mobile apps to manage work orders efficiently

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience
• Reliable and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
